RSTech Softwares offers a range of information technology services, including but not limited to software development, web development, IT consulting, and support.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the services. Any delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of RSTech Softwares.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or service agreement. Failure to make payments in accordance with the agreed terms may result in suspension or termination of services.
Confidentiality
RSTech Softwares agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without the explicit consent of the client.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software code, designs, and documentation, developed by RSTech Softwares during the course of providing services, will be the property of the client upon full payment.
Project Delays
RSTech Softwares will make every effort to meet project timelines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The company will communicate any potential delays and work with the client to find a reasonable solution.
Warranty and Support
RSTech Softwares provides a warranty period for its services as specified in the project agreement. The company will also offer support services beyond the warranty period, subject to a separate agreement.
Limitation of Liability
RSTech Softwares will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with its services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
